I inspire people for technology and related business models

At Kiel University of Applied Sciences I teach web development and work as a consultant for digital business models.

It is curiosity that brings me great joy while traveling around the world. Meeting new people, exploring fascinating cultures, and experiencing breathtaking nature captivate me. Even underwater, while freediving and scuba diving, I constantly discover and admire incredible creatures.

Back home in Kiel, pinball is a playful passion, home automation my tinkering hobby, and whisky – not whiskey – a relaxing subject to chat about.

Creating

I am fascinated by creating things – be it web apps, business models, physical products, or tangible objects made of steel, concrete, or wood.

Knowledge

There is so much to learn and so much that is new. Learning gives me joy, strength, and creativity.

Technology

Technical solutions or products spark enthusiasm in me – perhaps because some of them are, in a way, perfection.

People

I love working with people, inspiring them, and creating something great together – or simply having fun.

Project: AI for Students

In the project LLM Prof., I lead the development of a chatbot for students that answers questions about their lectures. The chatbot is hosted locally at the university.

Project: AI for Children

Chatbot for (elementary school) children that answers questions in an age-appropriate way. The focus: privacy, alerts for parents/teachers, and lots of attention to detail so that the magical world and curiosity of children are preserved.

Founding & Entrepreneurship

I founded my first company at the age of 18 and have since built several successful startups. Since 2017, I have also pursued the topic academically and practically, for example by establishing startup support programs at Wedel University of Applied Sciences, including through an EXIST V grant.

Building Tech

Technologie umgibt mich ständig und macht mir Spaß - entsprechend baue und berate ich von Webanwendungen über Lernreisen hin zu Mikrocontroller-Anwendungen.

Educating People

Mit Menschen zu arbeiten und sie auf ihrem Weg in fachlicher oder auch persönlicher Hinsicht zu begleiten ist eine meiner größten Freuden. Von der ersten Klasse bis hin zu Keynotes auf Konferenzen - ich gebe gern Impluse und Wissen weiter.
